- Snackish: He's just a little snackish, you know. He just likes to eat everything in his sight, edible or not. But you know, just a little bit snackish.
- Lazy: Ottis is rarely motivated to do anything athletic. This is completely thrown out of the window, however, when food is thrown into the mix. Don't get between him and his food.
- Motivational: Friend of not, Ottis always believes that you can do your best.
- Loyal: Ottis isn't one to leave his friend's side, no mater what.
- Naive/Dim-Witted: There is no doubt that Ottis isn't the brightest in the bunch. It's easy to instill "facts" into his head, making him easily manipulated.

Purpose: Ottis has been Micah's best friend for a long time, though it's a bit of an anomaly. Micah is a sarcastic smartass while Ottis is a dense idiot. Either way, they mesh together like putty. Ottis is also currently Panalope's Significant other.
